Hydroponics, a new technique of urban farming that was recently discovered benefits us humans as they are easier to practice no matter where you live. How can this help the environment? In recent years, it has been shown that the main reason for deforestation worldwide is due to agriculture. Practicing agriculture requires a huge amount of land but as time passes by, we will be scarce of fertile lands to be used, hence resulting in some being blinded by greedy parties conducting unauthorized deforestation. Practicing hydroponics at home is somehow a way of helping Mother Nature, thus combating climate change.
