Feeding the goats of Bukit Cabang, Perlis with palatable greens found around the area.
In Malaysia where the weather is hot and humid all year round, it is important for us to raise livestock that are well adapted to the climate here. Not to mention the rising temperature that is slowly affecting the productivity and wellbeing of livestocks. With that being said and taking goats as examples, breeds such as Katjang goats, a proud indigenous breed of Malaysia, are perfect to be reared, given their high tolerance towards heat and the extreme Malaysian weather (Ernie Muneerah, M.A et. al., 2021). This also ensures a secured welfare of the livestock raised.

Explain how your creative work related to the topic and the chosen Sustainable Development Goal(s) :
My work is related to SDG number 15 - life on land. As mentioned, rearing Katjang goats in Malaysia is a realistic choice, as Katjang goats are resistant towards the extreme heats of Malaysia. They will thrive when given the proper care and attention they need, rather than rearing goats that are less suitable to the extremities of the Malaysian climate such as Angora goats. When we raise things with care, and where they deserve to belong, we can expect a good and positive outcome in return.
